退货政策

如果您对Ekulla产品不满意，我们提供30天退货政策。请确保退货商品未使用且保持原包装。如果商品已被使用或无法再次销售，可能会收取重新上架费用。

- 退货条件：

  - 未使用且保持原包装。

  - 自购买日起14天内提出退货申请。

  - Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.

- Return Process:  

1. Contact the Ekulla Customer Service team with your order number and reason for return.

2. Our customer service will provide you with the return address and detailed instructions.

3. Upon receiving your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
