Limited Warranty

We are committed to providing the highest quality products to our customers. Your product is covered by a limited warranty a against defects in materials and workmanship for a period or one year from the date of purchase.

What is Covered 

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions including but not limited to:

Cracks or breaks in the glass or plastic

Faulty seals or adhesives

Malfunctioning components, such as lighting or ventilation systems

What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:

"Improper installation or assembly

Misuse,abuse,or neglect

Unauthorized modifications or repairs

Normal wear and tear

"Damage caused by pets or other animals

Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

2. inspection: Our team may request photos or further information to assess the problem.3. Repair or Replacement: If your claim is approved, we will either repair the defective item orprovide a replacement at no cost to you. In some cases, we may offer a partial or full refund.

Limitations and Exclusions

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Liability is limited to the original purchase price of the terrarium.

We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product.
