Return policy

If you are not satisfied with your Ekulla product, we offer a 30-day return policy . Please ensure that the returned item is unused and in its original packaging. If the item has been used or is not in a resalable condition, a restocking fee may apply.

  - Return request made within 30 days of purchase.

  - Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
